What are my financial responsibilities?
The 7-night resort stay requires a payment to Fan Cruise, LLC of $297 to cover taxes. Odenza requires a $100 refundable deposit at time of redemption. The individual resorts my have security deposits, activities fees or mandatory all-inclusive fees that you would be responsible to pay. All fees are listed on the website so you can review them before booking the resort.
The Stay & Play requires a $35 processing fee paid to Fan Cruise, LLC. There is an additional $75 refundable (minus $20 processing fee) registration fee due at time of redemption and $12 - $15/day in taxes.
When can I travel?
7-night resort stays do not have blackout dates. The available travel dates are determined by the individual resorts and can be viewed on the website. You can book a stay with as little as 2 weeks notice.
Stay & Play blackout dates are 7-days before or after a major holiday (specific holidays are listed in the Terms and Conditions). You must book your stay at least 60 days prior to your depature date.
How long do I have to travel?
7-night resort stays expire 2.5 years after purchase, expiration dates are included in the email with your redemption information.
Stay & Play expire 12 months from the activation date and will be provided by our travel partner.
Are they transferable?
Yes. If you would like to gift them or offer one to a friend or family member for purchase just contact your concierge.
How often can I use a certificate?
You can use one certificate per household every 12 months.
